Introduction:
Zevoli Growth Partners is seeking proposals from experienced Freelance Videographers to provide creative videography services. The selected videographer will be responsible for conceptualizing and producing high-quality videos, adhering to brand guidelines, collaborating with the team, and delivering engaging visual content.
Scope of Work:
The Freelance Videographer will provide the following services:
Creative Videography and Conceptualization:
- Conceptualize and create visually compelling videos based on provided briefs and requirements.
- Develop and execute video concepts that align with project objectives.
- Capture high-quality footage that effectively conveys the intended message.
Adherence to Brand Guidelines and Collaboration:
- Produce videos that strictly adhere to brand guidelines.
- Maintain consistency across all video materials by utilizing brand layouts and standards.
- Collaborate effectively with the Senior Multimedia Designer and other team members to ensure cohesive video production.
Video Quality and Multimedia Skills:
- Conduct research to design inclusive video content that resonates with diverse audiences.
- Edit videos for optimal presentation across various platforms and media.
- Demonstrate proficiency in video editing tools and motion graphics to enhance visual storytelling.
Proposal Submission Guidelines:
Interested candidates should submit their proposals electronically to info@zevoligp.com no later than 14 June 2024. Proposals should include the following:
- Company profile highlighting relevant experience and expertise.
- Portfolio showcasing previous videography projects.
- Proposed approach to addressing the requirements outlined in this RFQ.
- Cost proposal detailing rates for services provided.
Evaluation Criteria:
Proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
- Demonstrated experience and proficiency in videography.
- Creativity and conceptualization skills.
- Adherence to brand guidelines and collaboration capabilities.
- Quality of video output.
- Cost-effectiveness and value proposition.
Terms and Conditions:
- Freelance Videographers selected for the panel will be commissioned to work on projects on an as-needed basis and will enter into a formal agreement with Zevoli Growth Partners.
- Payment terms and other relevant details will be negotiated for each project with the selected freelancers.
