We are looking for Technical Mentors! 

Are you an experienced artisan, civil, electrical, or mechanical engineer with an interest in guiding and mentoring small businesses in the same field? We are seeking mentors to guide and support entrepreneurs in our technical programmes in Gauteng, Mpumalanga, Limpopo and North West.  

Requirements: 

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of artisanry, civil, electrical, mechanical engineering and transportation logistics.  
• Deep understanding of compliance standards related to your field. 
• Available and able to provide guidance and support to early-growth businesses. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

Responsibilities: 

• Provide guidance on technical aspects related to artisans, civil, electrical, or mechanical engineering. 
• Assist in navigating compliance standards and regulations. 
• Support entrepreneurs in developing technical skills and knowledge. 
• Tracking and reporting on allocated mentees
